I would give Landscaping Ninjas a 4.9 out of 5 stars. Their crews were great to work with and respectful of our property. There are only a few things they will be coming back to fix.

I used Landscaping Ninjas years ago, back when they had their old name. At the time they put in a french drain for me, regraded my yard so no more flooding the house, and fixed the gutter a different company installed that was pouring directly in to my garden and killing my plants. I was super happy with their service, professionalism, friendliness, and price back then so when I needed a big live oak tree trimmed back from touching the ground and my roof, I of course gave them a call. As we discussed the tree, it was suggested to cut the limb touching the ground at a higher level since it would just keep growing back down and wouldn't harm the tree. I really appreciated them thinking of my future needs, not just the immediate one, and saving me having to keep getting it retrimmed in the future. During the visit, I found out they do fencing now too (don't think they did before) and so I immediately added a quote for a falling fence to my request because I knew they would do it right. The fence came out beautiful and now I don't have to worry about the rotting, failing boards. And as they were years ago, everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, respectful of my property, and perhaps most important as I was interacting primarily without my partner at times, not a single person who came by made me feel remotely uncomfortable! Will of course continue to use them in the future, hopefully for more fence stuff and replanting my garden once we get some stuff paid down 😅

I had a relatively simple landscaping task that I couldn't accomplish myself (wanted a portion of my yard leveled and graded). I was hesitating to get the work done because I did not want a ridiculous "we don't want to do this" quote. I received the quote for the work 1 day after Daniels visit and was happy to see the quote was fair and almost exactly at what I was willing to pay for the work. Daniel and the team scheduled a time to complete the work that fit my schedule, and even helped me with a recommendation to change days due to some heavy weather incoming. The job was done within a day and half, and was exactly what I wanted. They took care to backfill parts of my yard that were effected by the equipment moving bulk material, left everything tidy, and did aftercare to ensure I got what I had paid for. The level of respect and care Daniel and the team at Landscaping Ninjas gave me made me feel comfortable to reach out even for small projects that I would otherwise not be able to accomplish myself. The quality of service is astounding. Because of the way Daniel and the team handled my small project, this will be the first company I contact for the big ones. Daniel was great to work with. I contacted LandScape Ninjas with no specifics, just that I wanted my flowerbeds redone and the beds around my trees lined. After chatting for a a few minutes we had a plan in place. He sent me a mockup that same day for my approval, and was transparent about the price and what he envisioned. I approved and he got us scheduled for an initial walkthrough the next day (Thursday), with the actual work scheduled for the following Monday. His workers came out and did a great job, completing the work within a day. I highly recommend the service to anyone looking to revitalize their property. Very easy process from estimate to scheduling and having the project completed. Daniel communicated well and was super easy to work with and found a solution within my budget. Very happy with how the new drain is working so far! Before and after photos after a storm!
